Cinta Senese, an ancient pig already depicted in the fresco in the Palazzo Pubblico in Siena of the effects of the Good and Bad Government in Siena. The distinctive feature is the typical white stripe, bristles on the back and pointed muzzle. A pig that with the advent of breeds suitable for intensive breeding had almost disappeared. In the ’70s there were only a hundred heads left.

Here you will learn how to cut, braise, boil, cook and roast, creating a complete Tuscan dish with great pleasure and fun, creating unforgettable recipes in our kitchen. You will live great moments of joy, laughter, familiarity with your friends and family and lots of taste in drinking and eating with homemade pasta, locally sourced meats, fresh produce from our garden and lots of fresh bread with extra virgin olive oil.

• Preparation of an appetizer, a first and a second, with dessert of the day. All this will reflect the theme chosen by the second Chef.
• Cooking lessons with our cooks.

Lunch or dinner with the recipes we prepared together:
• Starter: Tuscan croutons, croutons with cherry tomatoes, croutons with sausage and stracchino.
• First course: handmade pasta with cinta senese sauce or lasagna with meat sauce with truffle oil.
• Second course: fillet with aromas and green pepper, or cut with rocket and parmesan cheese.
• Dessert: vanilla ice cream with strawberries with balsamic vinegar or tiramisu.
