To create and cook a good fresh pasta of the Mugello homemade, exercise and technique are fundamental. It’s true that there are machines on the market that do almost everything themselves. However, the total goodness of a tagliatella, a dumpling, a ravioli or a handmade Mugello tortello is unmatched.

The passion that the staff of the “Trattoria Fontebuona” has for this profession, allows to have a great harmony in the team and gives the opportunity to maintain the tradition of an old trattoria while being distinguished by unique dishes created on original recipes of their grandmothers.
