Bilancino is the largest artificial lake in Tuscany. Located in the unspoilt natural environment of Mugello, rich in artistic and cultural beauties, the lake is at the center of an area of significant landscape and architectural value. Nearby two architectural complexes of monumental value, the Medici villas of Cafaggiolo (downstream, on the state road) and Trebbio (upstream, in the southwestern slopes) and all around a rich and well-preserved natural heritage and man-made: woods, crops, churches and farmhouses.

There are those who have chosen the SUP for the sense of freedom, there are those who say that sliding on the surface of the lake standing on the table, almost gives the impression of walking on the water. What is certain is that Stand Up Paddle is a discipline that is good for the body, as well as the spirit. Staying in balance on the table tones abdominals, buttocks and quadriceps, while paddling invigorates triceps, biceps and shoulders.
