A good glass of wine comes from the earth, from the sun that warms it, from the work that man carries out among the vineyards and his choices, in the field and in the cellar. Agronomist and oenologist are called to determine the fate of a wine. It is now widely believed, among the operators of the sector, that quality wine is made in the vineyard; in the cellar you have to be careful to work correctly that grape that the environment has selected and that the good agronomic technique has produced. It is therefore the grapes properly produced and harvested that already has in itself all the potential of quality wine that the techniques of vinification and aging must be able to bring out.
