Cosa include?

The bread in Mugello is produced according to the Agriqualità Toscana disciplinary and made in collaboration with agricultural associations, craft associations and trade and is part of the broader initiative to enhance the value of Tuscan DOP Bread.

The “Azienda Agricola Aia di Martino” processes cereals and legumes, honey, vegetables, fruits with which they produce: semi-integrated white soft wheat flour, wood-fired bread, biscuits, honey, jams and preserves. Produces varieties of salad, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, beets, pumpkins and three types of potatoes: white, yellow and red. Use low-impact cultivation methods, minimize water use and use its compost.

• Tasting of bread with derivatives of rustic bread to different tastes of the garden, schiacciata (savory white pizza without mozzarella cheese), sweet, all accompanied by good Mugello wine.
• Valid for two people at the “Azienda Agricola l’Aia di Martino”.
