The Apennine ridge that affects Tuscany starts from the Cisa Pass, located at 1045 m, between the provinces of Parma and Massa Carrara, and ends at Bocca Trabaria, located on the border between Tuscany, Marche and Umbria (provinces of Arezzo, Perugina and Pesaro-Urbino). The latter is the starting point of the GEA (Grande Escursione Appenninica). The Apennines that affect Tuscany, is divided into two sections (Tuscan-Emilian and Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines) that separate it from Emilia Romagna, with a small stretch bordering the Marche.

Chocolate: a greedy, beneficial and changeable in many different shapes and textures that immediately stimulates the Gardini brothers to explore new and daring tastes. The Gardini brothers immediately dedicated themselves to the combination of chocolate with the excellence of their beloved territory: Emilia Romagna. An excellent chocolate, combined with: sweet salt of Cervia, Sangiovese and Albana Passito wine, Brighella oil, Romagna nuts, Fossa cheese, Cesena mustard and balsamic vinegar of Modena. The result are genuine products with surprising combinations.
