It seems that there are in fact the medical uses at the dawn of the diffusion of the Theobroma cacao (scientific name of the cocoa that means food of the gods – theos = god and bromine = nourishment) in Central America.

In Tuscany cocoa arrives for the first time in the seventeenth century, since then it can not do without!
