However, the total goodness of a tagliatella, a dumpling, a ravioli or a handmade Mugello tortello is unmatched.

The passion that the staff of the “Trattoria Fontebuona” has for this profession, allows to have a great harmony in the team and gives the opportunity to maintain the tradition of an old trattoria while being distinguished by unique dishes created on original recipes of their grandmothers.
