The Sea is the protagonist and inspiration of the Menu à la Carte, which varies twice a year creating new combinations for the palate of our customers. The restaurant owes its name to the “Five Spoons” the traditional dessert of the Bucci family, owner of “Villa Abbondanzi Resort”, which perfectly evokes the philosophy that inspired it: five simple ingredients capable of creating a memory etched in time.
